Dress it Up. Dress it Down.
So I took one piece that is a dressier piece and I took one that is more casual and showed options of how to wear each dressed up or dressed down. Not rocket science, but hopefully, it gives you some ideas for pieces you might have in your closet that you’re not sure what to do with.
Casual Option …
OUTFIT #1:
Zara boyfriend jeans
Roxy sneakers
Forever 21 cross-body bag
Gold jewelry
Casual option- with my Zara boyfriend jeans, Roxy sneakers, and a Forever 21 cross-body bag. Same Jewels as above. And in case anyone noticed or cares, my belly ring is from Body Electric Tattoo on Melrose. Brian, the owner, is the nicest person, and I bought the tiny gold hoop there, it’s real gold and he put it in for me. I love it!

OUTFIT #2:
Colorful pleated Anthropologie
Coconut heels by Matisse
80’s clutch from my grandmother
Nashelle hoop earrings
Michael Kors watch
The heels are so freakin’ pretty, I died when I saw them. They are by Coconuts by Matisse. The clutch is actually my grandma’s from the 80’s. For my Jewels, my earrings are by Nashelle, my bangles are from Iran, my watch is Michael Kors, and genuinely don’t remember where my rings are from, but I wear them every day.
Casual Piece #2 …
OUTFIT #3:
Zara top
Black H&M tank
Free People cutoff shorts
Billabong Cheetah print sneakers
Free People vegan leather bag
I wore the Zara top open, layered over an old, black, H+M tank, with some Free People cut-off jean shorts. My cheetah print sneakers are from Billabong and they are so comfortable! My cross-body bag is an old vegan leather bag from Free People. They have a pretty good selection of vegan bags, shoes, hats and belts. Definitely worth checking out.
Dressy Option #2 …
OUTFIT #4:
Zara top
Zara trousers
Kimchi Blue heels
Shiraleah clutch
buttoned up with dark green trousers from Zara, some old heels I got from Urban Outfitters and they’re by Kimchi Blue. The clutch is from a brand called Shiraleah, and I’ve had it for many years and it’s vegan leather. So are the shoes, obviously. Same jewels as above. Also, I want to note the clutch and heels are not the exact same shade of pink/peach, but I still think they go. I don’t like everything being matchy-matchy, but I like some sort of cohesiveness.
