Travel Wardrobe Tips
We’ve talked about travel packing before and it really is an art form, in my not-so-humble opinion.
But there are a few checkpoints to help you make things a little easier.
Here’s my checklist before a trip.
How many days will I be away?
Do I have any special events there?
Check the weather!
I pull my suitcase out so I can always have a visual of how much space I actually have.
I pick out my shoes and jackets first, and do my best to limit them, because they take up the most space.
Then I make sure to wear the biggest items, coats, boots, etc., on the plane.
Pack “travel day” specific outfits, using other pieces you’re taking.
I pull out my must-have items first and plan around those.
Then fill in any gaps with other pieces.
I try to take just one set of jewelry that I can wear with everything, the whole trip (assuming you have no special occasions).
Hope this helps! If you have any packing questions, let me know!
Best,
Tami Sofia
